& DEPOSITS
Enrollment Fee: $230 per child every 6 months
Two-week tuition deposit due at enrollment (applied to final two weeks with proper notice).
TUITION RATES

We are constantly expanding the range of services offered, taking care of children.
Infants: $385
Toddlers: $365
Preschool: $340
School Age: $320
Part-time, hourly, and additional fee details are also included per the pricing sheet. Meals and snacks are included.
REFUNDS & CREDITS
Goldenheart does not offer refunds or credits for absences, holidays, or weather closures.
CCAP FAMILIES
Parents must maintain eligibility and complete all paperwork.
Copays and absent-day fees must be paid on time.
ALLERGIES, NUTRITION & MEALS
Tuition is due every Friday for the upcoming week.
Accepted Payments: Brightwheel or Cash (no other apps).
Late payments incur a $10 fee Monday at 9 AM.
After two late payments, a meeting may be required.
Two unpaid weeks without communication = termination.
